Return Policy

With the exception of non-returnable items, all unopened products purchased at ESG Supplies can be returned within 15 days from original purchase date. A restocking fee of $9.00 will be assessed on all returns under $75. For returns above $75 a 10% restocking fee will be assessed. Return shipping expenses are not covered. Note, we do not provide return shipping labels.

Return Authorization

You will need a Return Authorization (RA) from ESG Supplies. Shipping the item back without an RA number from ESG Supplies may delay your refund. To obtain an RA number, simply contact 1.800.340.0185
