Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, if you need to purchase something from our website, simply add products to Cart and check out. All we need is your shipping information, credit card information, and email address.

Do you charge sales tax on my orders?
We collect sales tax on orders placed and shipped in New York State. We are not required to charge tax on items shipped to any other state. If you are tax exempt and located in New York States, please email your tax-exempt certificate to Info@esgsupplies.com, or fax it to 1-888-682-3002 and we will set you up with a Tax-Exempt business account.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For your convenience, we also accept payment through Pay Pal and Amazon Checkout. We will also accept money orders and cashier’s checks prior to shipment of your order.

Do you accept purchase orders?
We offer payment terms for schools, government agencies, certain non-profit organizations, and businesses with great credit. If you would like details on establishing a payment term account email us at Info@esgsupplies.com, and we will forward you a credit application.

Can we cancel or add items to an order after the order is placed?
Due to our incredibly fast shipping, orders are transmitted to our warehouses almost immediately, where they are processed quickly and shipped. It is possible to cancel or change your order, but the window is very small, (less than 15 minutes). Please call our toll-free customer service line at 1.800.340.0185 as soon as possible to see if we can make any changes to your purchase.

If i order large quantities of an item, or need a bid price can i get a discount?
We provide everyday low prices. However, we’re able to offer volume discounts depending on the items and quantities involved there is a possibility we can provide volume pricing.
